Subject: curving test scores

Devil's advocate question:  When students, as a whole, score high on
a test, do you curve down?  For instance, maybe just about everyone
scores between an 85 and 100. Do you leave them with these grades,
whereas if they had scored only between 60 and 75 you would have
curved them? My question is not intented as ridicule, but as thought-
provoking.
