From: Georges Akkaoui <gya00@aub.edu.lb> To: Teacher2Teacher Public Discussion Date: 2003052307:25:24 Subject: How to Match Two Series Values Hi, This is to know if there is any way to approach as closely as possible two data series. The problem is: First Data Series: 79 81 77 87 92 84 etc... Second Data Series: 2.45 2.71 2.30 3.20 4.24 2.87 etc... The correlation between the two series is very high (97%) and both series follow exactly the same trend however I need to find a way to generate the first data series from the second. What do you propose?
