Teaching requires on the job thinking and flexbility. Also, the school who is interviewing you want to see if you "fit" into the school and what kind of teaching strategies/management skills you use. If you are the right fit for the position, you will be hired!! I know how hard it is to find a teaching position now, so just be honest and be yourself while interviewing. Remember, too, you are trying to see if you like the school, too. Be ready with your own set of questions, too!! Good luck!!
