How about some math games such as SET or 24. Play them tangibly first,
then online.

Logic puzzles are also good.

Another activity is hosting a math fair or activity for younger
students. Getting the activities ready, making answer sheets, running
the event - - all those things are fun and can be combined with
Community Service if done well.
