Subject: Re: teaching maths to grade 1 (6 year old) that are slow learners

I can honestly say that Han-5 Mathematics is one of the most rewarding
math programs I have ever come across. It teaches nine different
number patterns on just one hand and then it shows the conceptional
understanding of multiplication, division, equivalent fractions,
etc...
Students catch on to the number patterns quickly and then they are
motivated to learn more. The workbooks contain everything you need to
teach. It has stories to teach each number pattern, boogie boards,
and number puppets. Slow learners catch on within minutes!
Best of luck,
Phil
