My son is having a difficult time remembering his multiplication facts
and this is having an affect on his division.  He is also having a
difficult time reading but his comprehension level is o.k. I am going
to meet with the teacher next week and would like to know if asking
for a multiplication chart on his desk is o.k.  He is in the 5th grade
and is having trouble keeping up with his peers.  HELP PLEASE
