Subject: SLD math reasoning and receptive language deficit

	
How do I remediate a 12 year old, 5th grade student ruled SLD Math
reasoning; also, receptive language deficit. He is function about mid
third grade level in math. Cannot recall x's facts; does not
comprehend place value in math processes; cannot do long division?
