Subject: Quizzes

	Why call it a quiz?  Call it classwork if it takes the entire period.
Quizzes by definition are short "tests".  If your adminstrator wants
quizzes that are 15 minutes long, and your quiz takes an hour, then
redefine YOUR quiz as classwork or a pre-test assessment.
