Subject: Re: Compact Math Books That are Manageable Size

I wanted to add that the book by Thomas was a calculus book.  Also, in
addition to a concise text book, it would be good to have good
practice copy masters to go along with the text book.  Then the
teacher could copy for handouts to his students to be used in class as
well as for homework.
