Here are a few websites that might be of interest to you. The first: http://www.nctm.org/standards2000/ is the newest revision of the NCTM Standards. http://www.enc.org/reform/journals/ENC2280/nf_280dtoc1.htm is the document that has been used since 1989. http://mathforum.org/social/math.disabled.html is a list a websites for various disabilities, and math instruction accommodations. http://www.achieve.org/achieve/html/clearinghouse/main.html is a way to access the standards for many of the states. It does not appear that California is on the list, but if you take a peek at other states' documents you may be able to make some generalizations. -Gail, for the Teacher2Teacher service
