Hi Jennifer,

I'm not familiar with any particular workbook as you've described but
I searched on the Internet and found these possibilities:

Master Skills Workbooks
http://www.just-for-kids.com/SERMAST.HTM
Brighter Child Workbooks
http://www.just-for-kids.com/SERBRCH.HTM

Steck-Vaughn Workbooks
http://www.barbsbooks.com/steckmath.htm

SRA
http://www.sraonline.com/index.php/home/curriculumsolutions/mathematics/spotlightmath/144

I hope those are helpful. There were many others that turned up in a search
using the words:

   math workbooks basic skills

on Google:  http://google.com
