Is there a standard for measuring math multiplication fluency? For example, if we conduct a 100 problem math fact instrument (written) or oral, the times for fluency should be adjusted, becasue it takes more time to write the answer. Is there a standard measure for time for both oral fluency and written fluency for multiplication. It seems that time would decrease by grade level.
