There is a wonderful selection of my favorites that are contained in a book published by Key Curriculum entitled from Agnasi to Zeno! You probably want to get your hands on Flatland, if you are going to do a history of math. There was a great PBS broadcast MANY (15)? years ago, entitled A Mathematical Mystery Tour.
