The Larson/Hostetler book by D.C. Heath is the most readable ever. We currently use this book but must supplement because it lacks important topics for the BC Calculus Exam. Paul Foerster has a great reform book, published by Key Curriculum Press. You should purchase his applications/workbook as a resource. -Claudia, for the Teacher2Teacher service |
