Rather than pick the ones I like, why not go to the Math forum page on
lesson plans at this URL
http://mathforum.org/library/resource_types/lesson_plans/
and they have a search engine that lets you select the level, math topic,
instructional approach, etc.  Then you can scan through them and see if any
look like what you are looking for.... Plus, you know a good place to look
for the next special lesson idea.
