Rather than pick the ones I like, why not go to the Math forum page on lesson plans at this URL http://mathforum.org/library/resource_types/lesson_plans/ and they have a search engine that lets you select the level, math topic, instructional approach, etc. Then you can scan through them and see if any look like what you are looking for....
