Dear Stacie, You've taken on quite an impressive task! It is difficult to give you feedback on your ideas since we don't know where you teach and what you have put together so far. One thing you could do is to take a look at the math curricula recently rated as exemplary by NSF. The URL with a complete list is as follows: http://www.ed.gov/PressReleases/10-1999/mathpanel.html You could look at the programs that have an Algebra II (or Course 3) and take a look at their tables of content.
