Subject: Rounding numbers to the nearest ten 

I am tutoring a 4th grader who is having trouble with rounding numbers to
the nearest ten and the nearest hundred.  It seems that he has trouble
recognizing patterns of numbers.  What strategies can I use to help him?
Incidentally, he has been diagnosed with ADHD.
