I went to the Math Forum and tried searching the word "fractals" and the
first hit was a page by T2T Associate Suzanne Alejandre who does GREAT stuff
for kids, so I bet it is written at a level that will do the trick.  It also
has links for additional research.  Here is the URL


You probably will not need a second source, but just in case here is a link
to the Forum's Internet Math Library on Fractals.
