Another good program to look into is Everyday Math, written by the Univ. of
Chicago School Mathematics Project. It is published by Everyday Learning
Corp. and was also funded by the National Science Foundation. You can get
info on them at their website

http://www.everydaylearning.com.

I have used this program for the last eight years and love it.
