Here are the Initial Results. You'll notice that not everything in here is of use to us. For example, most of the geometry-related materials are going to be about things like median of a triangle, and not median in the statistical sense.
Another thing I see is that few if any of the results in the Forum Web Pages section are worth looking at. It's hard to explain why without assuming intimite knowledge of our site, but it turns out that the relevant resources there are simply repeated references to the ones found above, in Steve's Dump.
Some Dr. Math Questions & Answers as well as Problems of the Week appear to be about geometric median. In general Math History List Archives contain interesting information about mathematics, but probably not much about teaching math. It doesn't appear to include much about median anyway. The Geometry Newsgroups are, of course, about geometry, not statistics.
So, let's look at the Set of Promising Results.
Forum search results give hints for where to find similar or related resources. Results from Steve's Dump show all Categories that each entry is listed in. At the end of each description are links to these full category listings, such as mathelem, mathmid, prob, stat, mathlessons.
One possibility is to browse these long pages, looking for other places that might include resources on teaching median. For example, a site on K-12 Statistics is a good place to look, even if the Math Forum's description didn't contain the word "median".
Another course of action is to conduct a Complex Search of Steve's Dump. Try selecting categories (Your Grade Level) and Statistics.
You can use the Forum searcher to send your keyword to other math and Internet searchers. Or you can just try these sites and searchers on your own.
