Solution Tips: A technique to help you form expressions is to use a lesser known fact that "0!" (zero factorial) is equal to "1". That is, 0! = 1. [See #90 and #93 below.]

Also, we now announce the permission to use another math function: logarithms. For those who wish to use it, writing "log(n)" will mean the "common logarithm of  'n' ". The base of 10 will be assumed and will not count as using the digits "1" and "0". [See #100 below.]
