Which triangles can be split into two isosceles triangles?

Query
I am sure there is a company that builds a device that can drill square holes. I have seen a flier for the device, but I not know the name of the company. I think it is in Pennsylvania. If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know, as a local firm is interested in a drill to make square holes. The device is based on a Reuleaux triangle.© Copyright 1998 Stan Wagon.
