|
Gene Klotz, founder of the Math Forum, was honored with the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Lifetime Achievement Award for Distinguished Service to Mathematics Education. Twenty years ago, Klotz wrote the grant that launched the Geometry Forum, which later became the Math Forum @ Drexel. Prior to that, he helped to develop the Geometer’s Sketchpad, one of the most widely used software programs in school mathematics.
