Below you'll find instructions for several math and education-related lists. It probably doesn't matter whether you use upper or lower case letters. We've used upper case where it helps to make clear a letter such as l (L).
We've only shown the participation address in a few cases because you really ought to get in the habit of reading the instructions that are sent when you subscribe and they will tell you how to mail to the list and how to unsubscribe.
