GeometryID
"You can do linear/nonlinear system ID with a method called False Nearest Neighbors (FNN)." Carl Rhodes, Research Assistant; Automatic Control Laboratory; Swiss Federal Institute of Technology; ETH-Z, ETL I13; CH-8092 Zürich, Switzerland. "I've used the FNN method and it works very well for single-input single-output systems. In fact, I 've written a series of freeware Matlab scripts for doing FNN you can find at the GeometryID home page and download them.

WinDisc [www]; WinDisc [ftp] (14 Apr 96) is a collection of subprograms that deal with discrete-math topics such as apportionment, voting power, voting methods, and network analysis (travelling salesman problem, map-coloring,...).
