Connie has taught 4th and 2nd grades at Waiau Elementary School in Pearl City, Hawaii. The Internet is an integral part of her curriculum, and last year when she wanted to do something special with her second graders as they started a unit on geometry, she found Suzanne Alejandre's Tessellation Tutorials on the Web, and they began a correspondence. Suzanne has posted tessellations created by four of Connie's students within this Web unit. Check out Connie's home page and her second grade project page.
