Survey of New Software & Techniques:
Introductions, Demonstrations, Tutorials

During the course of the Institute, participants experimented with various aspects of new technology. Useful HTML features were introduced, such as frames and tables; other Web-related topics included Java and QuickTime movies. Participants also gave SimCalc (Simulations for Calculus Learning) software a trial run.

Tutorials and related information have been provided in the list below. Although the 1996 Institute is history, readers are still encouraged to work through the tutorials and demo the software.

Post-Institute participants are invited to follow the agenda we used during the workshop.
