

A Drawing Project
Do some research on the Internet, and find some other images of castles. Read some information about the castles, and explore any aspects that interest you. Then design and create a 3-D drawing of your own castle, using geometric solids. You should have at least one each of the four solids we have studied: prism, pyramid, cylinder, cone. Find the volume of the solid portions of your castle. Be sure to write all formulas, and show all your work.
Then send your work to me, and I will publish it on this Web page for all the world to see! Include your name as you would like to see it on the page, your grade level, the name of your school, and the name of the state in which you live. If possible, please send PICT, GIF or JPEG files as attachments to an e-mail addressed to me at:
