I've used Graphing calculators, Sketchpad, spread sheets, Fathom, Palm OS, Maple Software, bike tires, car tires, and leaky buckets at different points in units to try and enhance student learning. I would love to develop full units that get away from traditional assessment and teacher centered lessons to student centered, task or project based assessment. The units would be easy for teachers to administer and the assessment would be easy to mark (am I dreaming??).
