Carol's a prize-winning potter working at the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA. Clarissa's Ph.D. dissertation in History at Bryn Mawr College focused on the gardens of southeastern Pennsylvania during the colonial period; she sews her own colonial-style clothing and demonstrates authentic techniques for distilling herbs used by women to make medicines in the 18th century. She's also a great colonial cook.
