hey i was actually looking for the hight of a triangle also but i dont
have all the lengths of the sides. However i do knwo how to do it wiht
all the lengths of teh sides you can devide the triange in half so it
becomes two right triangles. Then you take the lenght of your oppisite
leg (the flat line that you should also have devided in half) and the
length of your hypotenus the slanted line and you use Sin. I am not
good at teachign so sorry if its hard to understand. I tired to make
it easy.

opposite
sin = _________
hypotenuse
