No it's impossible for that situation to occur for certain classes of
sets, including a random set. Your scenerio is just self referential
n=!n.

Remove the ordering from the countable infinite set and you have a SET
of numbers, no longer a sequence.

{
0.0000001011101010..
0.0000001110101010..
0.1111111100101010..
0.1111110010101010..
...
}

this equals the set
{
0.1111111100101010..
0.1111110010101010..
0.0000001011101010..
0.0000001110101010..
...
}

A diagonal is semantic nonsense. F1,1 is either of 0,1. F2,2 is
either of 0,1.

1 Define a complete set, members have all combinations of digits to oo
length.
2 define an antidiagonal, Ex, Ad, F(x, d) = ~F(d, d)
3 at d = x, F(x, x) = ~F(x, x)
5 2 is false
