I'd be supportive of a general school walkout.

The schools are unsafe, the curriculum is obsolete, the textbooks are too heavy, the food is often poor, and the best learning equipment (flatscreens etc.) are more likely available from home, where one has more freedom to just explore and self-pace.

Plus older brothers and sisters are being sent to die on foreign soil in the name of inarticulate, incoherent policies. Why this sickly nation thinks it's in a position to help anyone anywhere with any problem under the sun I have no idea.

Kids *do* need safe places to socialize, of course, best with some Real Adult [tm] supervision.

Schools used to be that perhaps (safe places to socialize), but USAers have forgotten how to "do school" by and large.

It's a civilization in decay, apparently unwilling to do the work necessary to restore itself (no A & B modules, precious few polyhedra -- a censorious, tyrannical environment that denies our best heritage).

I'm not talking about doing anything violent. I'm talking about an en masse decision to just not attend, until things get fixed.

That would include fixing the democracy, purging Congress of sicko perv creeps etc.

Let's stop with the sheep herding already. I'm for training more wolves.

Given the world these USA-based adult sickos have created for our kids, I say they need teeth, lots of them, and really sharp.
