Hello,

I have this problem:
- The MATLAB splash screen comes up and then goes away and
MATLAB doesn't start.

I've the same problem as here:
http://newsgroups.derkeiler.com/Archive/Comp/comp.soft-
sys.matlab/2006-02/msg02290.html

I found that page with google the page gave me a link to
the support site of matlab.
http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-
183DH.html?solution=1-183DH

Now I tried what stood there but it didn't worked. I guess
it's because I don't have matlab 6.x, I got matlab 2007b. I
looked up if there was a solution page for that but I
didn't found it. Is there one :?

Secondly when trying the solution for matlab 6.x I found
out that I haven't got a matlab.ini file @C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Application Data\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2007b

I tried to install it but it didn't worked.
Anyone can help me with this I'm really getting desperate :(
