How does the curriculum for Fundamentals of Algebra differ from the performance indicators for Grade 7 and Grade 8?

Is this a course for students who score Level 1 and/or Level 2 on the Grade 8 NYS assessment?

Not really. They go on to Integrated Algebra, then take Geometry. We also offer a business math option, a tech math option, and a robotics course for math credit.

Also, our two year sequence is NOT a 2 year INtegrated Curriculum. We offer a year of Fundamentals of Algebra where we cover a lot of the Integrated Curriculum that is essential deeper understanding. After this, they go into traditional Integrated.
