I see an obvious division by zero at 0, pi/2, pi, 3*pi/2
Numerical methods may struggle with this.
Graphing the equation from .001 to 6.28 gives 0.23871 < y < 0.23976.
I show the integral from 0 to 2*pi at about 1.5 with a = .5 and b = .5
