I got a nice answer from Holmes.
The definition of projections in Kuratowski's is simple, definitely simpler than Hausdorff's.
However I still maintain that this doesn't entail that Kuratowski's is more "natural", yet there is no clear scale of naturalness, it is just a feeling.
