As the List increases in size to several times the BASE
the fraction of decimal strings possible on the permuted diagonal
increases to 1 and stays there.

That ANTI-ROWS don't coincide with the DIAGONAL is just semantics!

Your claim is GIVEN AN INFINITE LIST
you can calculate a missing real.

NO TURING MACHINE CAN DO THAT AND HALT!
