Anyways, back to LENR. My Org's Forging Division
got govt. funding ca. 1990 to carry out a few experiments
wherein they took a large mounted 5 ton block of iron
and stuck it into a bath of DCl and TCl.
The DCl &TCl containing Acid was supposed to make
the nascent T/D diffuse into the Fe-matrix... based on the
classical Hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon. They
then made the block vibrate, Tesla style, & hoped that
certain resonance spots within the block would create
pressures momentarily high enough to induce fusion...

While on the job, OSHA came by, unexpected, & ordered
us to shut down for not having (neutron) radiation permits.
... years later,
I ran across one of the dudes involved in the project which
continued in another lab, and he said: "It went **black**..
We got neutrons but the iron block fractured, from/by hair
cracks preventing the needed resonance time to have any
meaningful, repeatable power production.
Thereafter we re-applied, remolded the 5 ton block and drilled
a series of rows'n columns of holes into it and filled them with
T/D Cl. But with that config too the resonances were insufficient...
& with that the $$$ spigot got turned off and the show died.

Based on my own experiments from the sixties:
Cold Fusion or LENR is real.
Long before Pons & F duplicated my experiments,
And no I won't tell you what I used, at least not now.
But it is cool that they are moving in that direction.
---------
I found the effect purely by accident, trying electrolysis
on many things, and noticed the radiation.
Sort of scared me, and I did have no explanation.
I dunno about that pressure theory you mention[1].
Some years before P&F I mentioned it to my boss..
He asked" Why did you not mention it when you were
in (sort of CERN thing)?".
My reply was "They would never believe or accept it".
And then some years later EXACTLY that happened.
The brain dead would not notice a car hitting them if
it did not fit their 'standard model'. P&F got ridiculed.

Later I realized what it was that I did right, it was very
obvious, and pure luck in a way.

[1] Is not that the old way of thinking?
I have mentioned it many times here, if you cannot do
it with those tiny particles on the desktop, then you
cannot do it with a machine the size of the universe.

re: [1] , ... well that is a philosophical statement. True
Nature is self-similar in all fields and over all orders
of magnitudes, BUT there are borders to cross as
seen by the limits of the Scaling Laws and the
critical mass requirements & conditions, etc, etc...

Anyways, cool anecdotes above though from folks
who are busy in the experimental field. Events like
that do happen in every field of investigation, all over
the world, every day.

It is uncanny how wide spread such event leakages
are and how fast and furious the braggery carries
the info from lab to lab, via employees and via
the bars at association conferences by peddlers
and management folks.
So much for the theory of forbidden subjects.

MOST discoveries are made by accent or pure
serendipity. A few are made by scaling up or down,
or by shot gunning the field, but NONE are made
by theoreticians or by tech writers who write reports
or make the paper-work for funding.
So much again for theoretical physics.

The mystification of this MO, the "forbidden subject"
syndrome begins as soon as govt money gets involved,
and bureaucratic bozos classify it to protect their own
professionally corrupted ass. [2] Of course that secrecy
will immediately churn the agile mind of the paranoid,
and the crooks who see an angle for making a buck off
it... Hollywoodization is cool, though!... ahahahaha....
So much again for the theory of forbidden subjects.

All in all, my feeling is that LENR's time will come.
When, why and how dunno. The current system is rigged
against it to become manifest... BUT there is no system
which is fool proof because fools are so ingenious....
and there are so many of'em. .... Go figure!... ahaha...
Thanks fro the laughs, guy/s... ahahahahahanson

That game is know as "classifying" under the guise of
preserving national security. <snip>
However that ahs changed ominously, since the Elder
Bush's, then the next Admins, Bush-Cheney, and especially
now since Obama about which...

"The White House told us that 95 million records
have been created and classified in the year 2012,
more than any year on record," he continued.
Many other western governments are on the same trajectory."

The government goons, world wide, are terrified of
each other and in that wake they terrify and terrorize
their own people. Bad Scene!... Bad, Bad, Bad!
