Subject: Negative R^2 value

Dear all,

I have a software named Microcal Origin. Today, I used its function Non-Linear Curver Fitting and got a result of negative R^2 value. If I understand well, R^2 (coefficient of determination) should be between 0 and 1. Could any one tell me what is this negative R^2 value indeed?
