One of our questions was, "Figure out the Pattern, then find the next two answers."

It was

George, John, Thomas, James

I think it might be presidents... Maybe George, John, Thomas, James, James, and John  if your going in order but I got to thinking, There are 3 Georges, 4 Johns, 1 Thomas, and 5 James'. That would make:

George, John, Thomas, James
   3  ,  4  ,   1   ,   5
