For 5-5+9 you start with 5-5 and there is no remainder thus 9 not
0+9=9 for 5-5/9 thus /9 is no need to evaluate it is not a
mathematical expression, and should not be taken further into a
calculation
thus (5-5)/9+21/3 *IS NOT* (0/9+21/3) it is simply 21/3 what i say is
we should not evaluate none mathematical expressions.
