The ultimate statement in your "proof" is "the rate of decrease in twin primes should be"...
You understand that "should be" is not good enough? You will have to prove that it IS a specific value and then show that the rate of decrease either goes to 0 for a finite n (in which case there are not an infinite collection of twin primes) or does not go to 0 (in which case there is an infinite number of twin primes). "Goes to 0 as n goes to infinity" is not good enough. That leaves the "twin prines" conjecture open.
