WinGCLC 2005 (GCLC 4.0) is now (freely) available from:
http://www.matf.bg.ac.yu/~janicic/gclc/

GCLC/WinGCLC is a tool for producing digital mathematical
illustrations of high quality, for teaching geometry and for
studying geometry (but not only geometry).

It provides:
* mathematical figures on the basis of formal (textual) description;
* support for a number of geometric constructions and transformations;
* support for second order curves and parametric curves;
* support for symbolic expressions and 'while'-loops;
* animations, tracing points, watch window ("geometry calculator");
* user-friendly interface, interactive work (only WinGCLC);
* versions for command line (DOS/Windows and Linux) and the
MS Windows version;
* no installation required, very small in size, very easy to use;
* high quality ouput images -- export to LaTeX and bitmap.
