In regrads to the recent post about performing mathematical typesetting and word processing using Tex and/or Latex, does anyone have any experience with Scientic Word and/or Scientific WorkPlace?
It is my impression that you create "documents" in a windows and mouse environment and the program generates the Tex code for you.
Questions:
1) Is this correct? 2) Is the Tex code acurate? 3) Has anyone done a thesis and or dissertation using Scientific Word or Scientific WorkPlace?
Thanks,
--Gerard
P.S. It is my undesrtanding that Scientific WorkPlace come with Maple fully intergrated? Is this also true?
