Hi community,

I'm not very familiar with geometrical analysis. Therefore I'm asking
the community for some help. Here is my problem. I have different
amounts of points in every experiment, but at least 3. From these
points i need the area. For 3 points there are no problems, this is
just a triangle ( the calculation isn't very difficult). But if I get
more points I don't no how automize the calculation of the area. Till
now I'm doing triangulation manually.

Maybe there is a build-in function in matlab that I don't know.

Thanks for your help in advance.

BR Tobias
