Can anyone help me?
I have attended statistics class this semester. The professor quoted a problem from 'Applied Linear Regression Models by Neter, et al 3rd Editon, Irwin, 1996' p. 469 Table 11.4.- Soap Production Lines data.
He gave the data set written by MINITAB format and definition of the variables to us, but I am not quite aware the meaning of the problem and variables.
xp1, xp2: line speed for production line 1 and 2 yp1, yp2: amount of soap scrap for production line 1 and 2 xp12: line speed for production line 1 and production 2 yp12: amount of soap scrap for production line 1 and production line 2 xind: for production line 1 and 0 for production line 2 intact: xp1 * xp2
Above explanations are all he gave us. I don't know the meaning of xp12, yp12, xind, and intact variables.
Can anyone help me who has the regression book by Neter about above problem?

p.s This is not in US, so I could not find the regression book by Neter.
