Another way to look at it is: Pick the first card, don't look at it,
pick the second, what is the probability that this is HQ? Or: shuffle
the cards, intending to pick the first card which we all agree has the
prob of 1/52 to be the HQ. Does it matter if you accidentally dropped
a card on the table before you were able to pick a card?
