Im learning how to find the invers function right. How do I do this?

I have this so far....
=h(4+5x/2x-1)
I need to get to...
=4+5x/2x-1(over)2(4+5x/2x-1)-5

And I dont understand how you get to the second one.

h(x)=x+4/2x-5
