Hello everyone.
Suppose you had a cylindrical pipe and cut in in half along its entire length so you were left with two lengths of pipe semi circular in shape. Now say you wanted to mitre these together at a specific angle ( like a fascia board on the gable of a house where the mitre came together at the apex). If it were possible to unfold the semi circular pipe so it made a flat surface what shape would the mitre line be? Straight or curved?
Thanks for your time.
